SN Consultancy provides recruitment assistance, internship opportunities, skill development and job placement support
These Terms and Conditions govern the recruitment, internship, training, job placement, performance evaluation, and salary deduction process facilitated by SN CONSULTANCY. Candidates applying for job opportunities through our consultancy are expected to read, understand, and agree to these terms before participating in the recruitment and placement process.
Our objective is to connect eligible candidates with suitable employment opportunities and help them develop the professional skills, knowledge, and experience required to succeed in the workplace.
All candidates must participate in the interview and selection process as required by the consultancy and the prospective employer.
Selection will be based on factors such as qualifications, communication skills, attitude, experience, job requirements, and overall suitability for the position.
Attending an interview does not guarantee selection or employment. The final selection decision will depend on the employer's requirements and approval.
After successfully passing the interview and receiving confirmation of selection, the candidate may initially be appointed as an intern, trainee, or probationary employee, depending on the employer's policies and the nature of the position.
During this initial period, candidates will have the opportunity to understand the company's work environment, job responsibilities, operational procedures, and professional expectations.
The internship or training period is intended to help candidates gain practical experience and become familiar with their assigned duties.
After joining the organization, the candidate may receive practical training and guidance from the employer, supervisor, manager, or authorized staff members.
Training may include, but is not limited to:
Understanding daily work responsibilities and assigned tasks.
Learning company procedures, operational systems, and workplace rules.
Developing communication, teamwork, and professional skills.
Understanding customer service requirements, where applicable.
Following workplace discipline, attendance requirements, and reporting procedures.
Learning to complete assigned work accurately and within the required time.
Candidates are expected to participate sincerely in the training process and make reasonable efforts to improve their performance.
The training structure, duration, and responsibilities will depend on the employer, job role, and applicable company policies.
During the internship, training, or probationary period, the employer may evaluate the candidate's overall performance.
Performance may be assessed on the basis of:
Ability to understand and perform assigned tasks.
Learning speed and willingness to improve.
Attendance, punctuality, and discipline.
Communication and teamwork.
Professional behavior and responsibility.
Accuracy, productivity, and adherence to company procedures.
Ability to meet the employer's reasonable performance expectations.
If the employer is satisfied with the candidate's performance and determines that the candidate is suitable for the position, the employer may offer permanent employment or confirm the candidate's employment status in accordance with its policies.
The time required to understand the work and qualify for permanent employment may vary depending on the job role, the candidate's performance, and the employer's requirements.
Permanent employment is not guaranteed solely by completing the training or internship period. The final decision regarding confirmation, employment status, and continued employment rests with the employer, subject to applicable law and the agreed employment terms.
The salary, stipend, payment schedule, and other employment benefits will be communicated to the candidate before joining or as part of the employer's offer or employment documentation.
Candidates are advised to clarify their salary structure, payment date, working hours, job responsibilities, and applicable employment policies before accepting an offer.
Salary payments will be handled in accordance with the agreed employment terms and applicable laws.
Any salary-related deductions must be disclosed to the candidate in advance, documented appropriately, and made only where permitted by applicable law.
As part of the consultancy's disclosed placement-service arrangement, a one-time deduction equivalent to 50% of the candidate's first month's salary is proposed after the candidate successfully joins the employer and becomes eligible to receive salary.
The following conditions apply:
The deduction applies only to the first month's salary.
The proposed deduction is a one-time arrangement and will not be repeated in subsequent months.
No additional consultancy placement fee or recurring salary deduction will be charged by the consultancy under this specific arrangement.
The deduction must be clearly disclosed to the candidate before acceptance of the placement and confirmed through written agreement.
The candidate must be informed of the amount or calculation basis, payment arrangement, and recipient of the fee in advance.
Any deduction from wages by an employer must comply with applicable wage laws. Where direct salary deduction is not legally permitted, the consultancy and candidate must use a lawful alternative payment arrangement.
No amount will be deducted without the candidate's informed agreement and any legally required authorization.
For clarity, this clause concerns only the disclosed, one-time first-month arrangement. It does not authorize any deduction from subsequent months' salaries under this arrangement.
All candidates are expected to maintain professional behavior throughout the recruitment, training, and employment process.
Candidates must:
Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and interviews.
Submit genuine documents and qualifications.
Follow the employer's workplace rules and reasonable instructions.
Maintain punctuality and regular attendance.
Treat employers, colleagues, customers, and other staff respectfully.
Protect confidential company information.
Avoid misconduct, dishonesty, harassment, or unauthorized use of company property.
Misrepresentation, serious misconduct, or repeated failure to follow workplace rules may affect the candidate's employment status in accordance with applicable policies and law.
Candidates must follow the attendance, working-hour, and leave policies applicable to their assigned organization.
If a candidate is unable to attend work due to illness, an emergency, or another valid reason, they should inform the appropriate supervisor as soon as reasonably possible.
Unauthorized absence, repeated lateness, or failure to communicate may affect performance evaluations and employment decisions in accordance with the employer's policies and applicable law.
The consultancy facilitates recruitment and placement opportunities between candidates and prospective employers. The final employment relationship is subject to the employer's selection decision and employment terms.
The employer is responsible for its workplace operations, training arrangements, performance assessments, salary administration, and employment decisions, subject to applicable law and the agreements in place.
The consultancy does not guarantee a specific job role, salary increase, promotion, permanent position, or minimum period of employment unless expressly confirmed in writing.
If a candidate wishes to resign or discontinue employment, they should follow the employer's applicable resignation and notice-period procedures.
Similarly, the employer may take employment-related decisions based on performance, operational requirements, misconduct, or other legitimate grounds, subject to applicable law and the employment agreement.
Any outstanding salary, fee, or other payment must be handled in accordance with the applicable agreement and legal requirements. No penalty or additional deduction is authorized merely by this clause.
The employer may reasonably adjust assigned duties, training arrangements, reporting structures, or work procedures according to business requirements, provided such changes are consistent with the agreed employment terms and applicable law.
Any material change to salary, job location, working hours, or other essential employment conditions should be communicated to the candidate as required by applicable law and the employment agreement.
Candidates must protect confidential information belonging to the consultancy and the employer, including internal documents, customer information, business records, passwords, pricing information, and operational procedures.
Confidential information must not be disclosed to unauthorized persons or used for personal benefit.
This obligation does not prevent a candidate from exercising legal rights, making a legally protected complaint, or disclosing information where required by law.
Candidates are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during registration, interviews, and joining formalities is complete and accurate.
The submission of false documents, incorrect personal details, or misleading employment information may result in disqualification or other appropriate action in accordance with applicable law and policy.
Candidates who have questions regarding placement, training, salary, the first-month fee arrangement, or workplace concerns should contact the consultancy through its official communication channels.
The consultancy will make reasonable efforts to review concerns and communicate with the relevant parties where appropriate.
Candidates may also contact the appropriate government authority or seek independent advice where necessary.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to applicable laws and regulations governing recruitment, employment, internships, wages, and other relevant matters.
If any provision of these terms conflicts with applicable law, the law will prevail, and the affected provision will be interpreted or modified to the extent necessary to achieve legal compliance.
Nothing in these terms is intended to waive any statutory right available to a candidate or employee.
By accepting a placement facilitated by the consultancy, the candidate acknowledges that they have been given an opportunity to read and understand the applicable terms, including the proposed one-time first-month salary deduction.
The candidate should receive a copy of the relevant written agreement and any applicable employment or fee documentation before accepting the arrangement.
Acceptance must be voluntary and informed. Any legally required written consent or authorization must be obtained before the relevant arrangement takes effect.
Important Notice: These Terms and Conditions should be read together with the employer's offer letter, applicable employment agreement, and any separate written consultancy-service agreement. Where the documents conflict, applicable law will prevail.
By proceeding with the placement, the candidate confirms that they have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted the applicable terms and conditions.
